I am looking for a website builder to help me build a website either in php or asp. I already have the look and design i need. All i am looking for is a builder. I am looking to pay a very small fee as well as offering a percentage of the company/revenue generated by the site.
This project will best suit someone passionate about programming whose motivation is not money. You will also have the opportunity to advertise your programming skills on the site.

I would prefer someone in London, so we can meet up to discuss all confidential issues

i think this is the wrong website to ask.It's very unlikely a programmer will actually see this post, be in london/close and accept to help you.

I think you should try some programming forums, you could try webdesignerforum.co.uk
