I recently got my phone bill which is almost $300, its so high because I ran over my minutes by talking to a college advisor about starting school. I NEVER called him. I know I should have asked if it was a 1-800 number but who really thinks about that at the time. im wondering if I called verizon and told them what happend if they could do anything about it? please help me!!
