Hi there,
I guess there are a lot of us floating around on the board looking for answers. I have suffered from anxiety for about 2 years now. I just wanted to talk to a few people about my main symptoms as they now stand and see if anyone can offer any advice on them. I also want to make sure these are symptoms of anxiety aswell
Look forward to speaking to some of you soon.
Stay healthy and safe!!

- I suffer from very small panic attacks most of the time. My panic attacks seem to represent themselves as head rushes and hot flushes of panic. They stay just about managable so that I can tell myself and reslove them without anyone really noticing. I have now reached a point where I am able to hide these from people fairly well. I do however seem to suffer from these on and off for about six hours of the day.
- I feel like I am becoming stupid. This worries me a lot. I have a lot of trouble thinking of the right word, concentrating, easily forget what I am doing. This goes beyond feeling a bit sluggish or a bit slow to actively feeling like my cognitive skills are declining!
- I constantly fear a brain aneurysm, or a tumor, or a stroke. Any time i hear a bang or someone clapping I think its in my head. Every time I get a headache I think its a tumor. Any chest pains I think is my heart.
- I am at my wits end of feeling like this. Im not looking for a miracle cure. Just someone in the medical proffession who will sympathise, know what I am going through, and be able to assist. Does anyone know what this type of quack is called?

Look forward to speaking to some of you soon.
Stay healthy and safe!!
