I'm going to the public library with my sister and younger brother and I was wondering what certain authors to look for. I've already done internet research on Wicca and wanted to do some reading from actual /books/. So, I was curious as to what author provides the best sources of information and who gives a lot of "fluff," so to speak.
I already have heard of Scott Cunningham, Margo Adler, Phyliss Curott, Aoumiel(Ann Moura), Amber K, Christopher Penczak, Ellen Cannon Reed, Starhawk, Marian Green, Pauline Campanelli, Ronald Hutton, and Doreen Valiente.
I've been told to shy away from DJ Conway and Silver Ravenwolf.
Are there any other authors I should be aware of?
I plan to join the Wiccan society. I'm still doing a lot of studying to see what /all/ is there and all the information I need to know. I'm still reading so I can grow on the knowledge and make sure that this path is the right one for me.
