Any good suggestions for baby front pack or backpack? ?

I have a baby bjorn, my baby is 15 pounds. Now its feeling pretty tight on us, there doesn't seem to be a way to expand the width. The connectors seem to be pressing up against my baby's back. Can anyone suggest a brand or style that would fit a growing baby? I want to be able to adjust it so its not so tight. Thanks. A backpack would be nice to or one that does both.

I used a sling with my baby, and it's been the most wonderful thing ever!! I used it since she was a newborn and still use it at times! She's 20 mos! You can place it in any position you like, horizontal for sleeping babies, wrapped around your older child as he's attached to your hip, on your back, front, etc! I got it as a gift for my daughter and it's the best. Go online and google baby slings, there're also called, mayan wraps..etc.. the sites I have are Canadian but Im sure you can check in your are as well.
As far as backpacks, they're good for older babies-close to a year, my daughter never liked it before that. I have a great one, but she didnt like the fact she wasnt "attached" to me, even though it has a 5 point harness, when she got older and was able to be taller she enjoyed it more .
