Okay so I've just started a Poetry Club (from scratch) at my high school and sometimes the meetings can get kind of bland. So i wanted to hype things up by planning a field trip to a local Poetry Cafe and maybe get the chance to recite one of our best poems. So my first question would be, Are there any good Poetry cafes (in orange county) that are both affordable and appropriate for high school students? And if so, would any of them have an open mic where we could present?
