For the ramen noodles - Chop up an onion finely, and boil it in a pot of water (the same amount of water you'd normally add for the noodles). When the onion is nice and soft, put the noodles in and boil them until they're done. Drain the excess water away, and crack an egg right into it (not putting it back on the stove). Stir it around well, sprinkle the flavouring packet over and stir again.
For other full meals, you can do things like buying a big bag of rice - look up recipes for fried rice. Try stir fries, casseroles, salads and things like that. Essentially, meat is not your budget's best friend, so make it go as far as possible.
