any good hiking storys with dog?

i have one good story when i was hiking with my dog when my husky got loose during the night of camping after my spending another 5 days on the moutain i was packing my stuff accepting he might not see me again he came back to me i was so overjoyd and since then iv never let him out my sight

I take my dog hiking all the time...but not any good stories. She always stays by my side and swims in any lakes she finds. I am always really worried she is getting thirsty and overheating so I go looking for lakes and puddles for her if she runs out of water. Haha.
