Any good games on sale worth buying?

I see a lot of Christmas deals and was wondering if anyone knew of any good games worth buying for PC or Xbox 360?

I just got The Witcher for $5

I am looking for games like Torchlight, Starcraft 2, Oblivion, etc. I like RTS, RPG, and Action Adventure games, but prefer multiplayer, but if it has a lot of replay value I will buy it.

Any suggestions?
