I'm doing French and Spanish.and I already listen to Spanish music, and it helps me get into the classes more. I'm not doing well in French and I'm having a shit time trying to get into the groove of the language and I reckon French music will help.
I liked Stromae's Alors on Danse (so let's dance) and I think Yelle and Fatal Bazooka's "Parle a ma main" is pretty funny + weird. Any good party songs? I didn't ask for rap songs (I listen to Spanish rap) because I think it sounds a little absurd in French, just saying.
