Any Good Dirt Bike Suggestions?

does anyone know the best dirt bike available for a maximum price of 3000. The bike must have a decent speed and can be used not for actual racing neccesarily, but just for some good competetive friend racing fun.Something that will make them off their feet :):) The bike could be for off road or motocross. IT MUST BE ABLE TO FIT A 5'4 PERSON!
