I tend to be a type A and I have to defend every issue I believe in 100 percent and if any1 doesn't agree I take it personal. I go from calm to attack mode in an instant and I let others opinions gnaw at me even though I tell myself they don't. Lastnight at work I came in later than usual and just kinda relaxed and didn't care..and it worked! I want to tap into that again..but I couldn't seem to today
Any ideas reference books,skills or just a direction I could head in?
