Any good ASP.Net MVC books that teach what Visual Studio 2010 can do stand-alone ?

I've specified "stand-alone" as I've already picked up some books that show how to nUnit, Castle Windsor, and Rhino Mock.. However, I'd like to learn the full capabilities of Visual Studio 2010 using Microsoft's Testing Framework as well, before I bother to learn the competing products.

Well, books, tutorials, or anything of the like would be great. Specifically Unit Testing, Repository Pattern, and other successfully proven MVC patterns to adhere to.
