I am not experienced in programming but i have a good video game idea and i would like to form a project with developers without having to pitch a game to an actual game studio.I would like to form my own team to make a isometric role playing game similar to Icewind Dale.
I have a story and gameplay ideas and now i need a forum where people are willing to help and join the team to make the idea come to life without having to to pitch it to an actual studio.
So are there any forums for game developers in my situation?
And if so could you provide a link perhaps?
Also i do not have any money so i would need a volunteer work option on the forum or chat room.
