So I'm in peru, I want to call someone with a Verizon cellphone, from a landline. Are they going to be charged and extra fees because its international? I believe they shouldn't, and so does it make a difference for them if I call them from a landline, or cell? I'm not sure the plan of theirs, but I know they don't like long calls on landlines when I'm in the US, because they get charged. And then also, what about skype? Would they get any additional fees? Lots of questions! Appreciate help, thanks
