any exercise routine suggestions?

Ok here's my situation:

I need to lose my baby weight gain thats been stuck in my body for two years. Since i gave birth i tried everything. Belly dancing, yoga, yoga,booty,ballet, zumba, walking and none of them seems to stick around. I dont have a specific time in the morning coz of my kid. by the time i get time for myself either im tired already or its lunchtime and im hungry. This really sucks. Im close to having a breakdown because of this. Every workout works fine then as i do it for days i dont feel good but it makes me more tired and want to go back to bed. Not to mention my eating habits are waaay of. I cnt seem to focus because of our 2 yr old son! I am so sick of my body already! Im 5'4 and the last time i checked im 240 pounds!!! that was a month ago or more...what more now???i swear sometimes i wish i were anorexic and hated food!! Please help me
