Any decoration idea's for our "Black, White and Highlight" dance?

We have a black and white dance every year,
and these past two year's we've added a color to it.

This year, we're adding "highlight"
which is actually more than one color-

Any really loud color like yellow, lime green, hot pick, ect.



And we're having it in our old gym.

We need to decorate it as well, and I'm asking for ideas.


We're trying to make it a blackout dance as well, meaning most of the lights will be out so we will need lots of glow in the dark things as well.



So any idea's about glow in the dark lights/decorations would be greatly appreciated.
