so i made potato knish's, they looked BEAUTIFUL the dough was perfect everything was great. i put them in the over (on wax paper MY BIG MISTAKE) thought it was the same as parchment paper...all throughout the baking process my oven was pouring smoke and i could not figure out why, so they finished and they looked nice. and i looked it up and apparently baking with wax paper is a no no...causes smoke! but i tried the knish and the dough was hard
