Any college economics majors?

I am undeclared and interested in majoring in economics, but I was wondering what college economics classes were like. I like to read books on economics (from a pro-free market perspective) and articles on current events. I also like the philosophy of economics. However, I feel that college economics will be much more based around mathematical models and graphs and formulas, as opposed to economic theory and literature.

Please help
 
Why don't you take a couple of courses in economics in college and then decide for yourself. Although models and graphs and formulas are there it may still be quite interesting to you. So, just try out a couple of courses in economics and see for yourself.
