You should be ashamed in your self! No parent should ALLOW their child to go to chat rooms, especially involving chat cams! That is so irresponsible and you should not let her do that! If she wants to "chat" with people get her a hotmail or yahoo account and let her add her friends and talk with them there or get her a cell phone but do NOT let her get online and talk to strangers! There are a lot of weirdos out there that get on to little kiddie chat sites and ask them to meet them somewhere posing as a child/friend and it is not safe for a 12 year old to go to any website like that....
And you call yourself a parent. Tsk tsk tsk.
