any business men or women have any advice for a guy starting out?

I have no degree but I want a 2yr or 4yr in business. Actually I'm not sure what job to get after that yet, but i might start a small bus. Definitely I will do some sort of project thru e-business or sales just for kicks. I wouldn't mind being an accountant or something idk. Maybe a financial adviser because of all the baby boomers retiring right now. But anything will help like if you know some good books or ideas.
