Any business attire for a teenage girl?

I am going to Philadelphia on a trip to the national constitution center this Thursday. They told us we need to wear business attire. I have no clue what to wear. I don't like skirts and I don't wear heels because I am only 13 and my feet hurt in them. I don't know any hairstyle I can wear. I want to look cute but I don't want something too casual because it might not fit in with the mood of the place. I want to wear shoes that cover my toes(pet peeve). Plus what shirts? Please help!

Black or khaki pants, polos, or a nice blouse.
Wear flats instead of heels.
Just make sure your hair looks polished and keep it out of your face.
