- 1984
- I love you Beth Cooper
- Salem's Lot
I'm currently reading "on the road". Any suggestions?
I read Animal farm awhile back, I wasn't a huge fan.
im currently reading on the road as well - i dont think much of it so far. im gonna read the fountainhead next by ayn rand. you should read atlas shrugged by the same author.
"Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, "Crank" by Ellen Hopkins, "Flyboys" by James Bradley, "Escape From Freedom" by Dr. Erich Fromm, "The Long Walk" by Stephen King (writing as Richard Bachman)
Edit: Really? I liked animal farm but I can see how it might be hard to get into. Perhaps you should try reading some Vonnegut? I wasn't really into anything by him but he is pretty popular among fans of Orwell and Hunter S. Thompson (from my experience).
I'm currently reading a book called House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. It's supposed to be a sort of horror novel following two different storylines about some mysterious tapes and a house that is larger on the inside than it is on the outside. He wrote the novel in a very strange way so it can be hard to follow.
