Any Body work at Chinese restaurant ?
if so what is the right amount of oil and soy sauce you use for fried rice do is having a pan instead of a wok a downfall is a big fire necessary ? because my fried rice taste like i didn't do something right or its missing something could i have cooked it too long ??? i have msg sugar sesame oil soy sauce or is there some other secrete ingredient when you boil the rice should it be like kind of hard still or all the way cooked and dark soy sauce or regular
