Any advice on how to pass a test?

I've been afraid of tests my entire life, I plan to take a few real estate classes in order to become an agent this is one of the only things I want to do in life and I am scared of the exam I have to take. When I take tests even if I know all the information when the day comes I draw a blank, this cannot happen when I take this test which should be a few months from now. Does anyone have any advice to give me to help me pass? Or to calm me down so I am not so afraid, tips on how to study maybe? I cannot fail this test, this is my career on the line.
