Any advice I want to move out of my parents house, but it's far and I'm nervous?

It's about 4,500 miles and I'm close to my family and don't want to miss out on my nephews growing up. However, I'm just no happy living where I'm at and I want to go back to the city I went to college in. How was your first move, any advice?
