Any Advice - A little Concerned!

Hi,
I am a 42 y/o mother of 8 beautiful children, and have some rather concerning issues that have recently arisen thanks to a CT scan my GP ordered.
I am only able to recieve health care via our public system (Australia) and am currently waiting to see where on the list I am for my needed operation.

They have found a 20mm by 15mm "cauliflower" shaped tumour on my bladder, causing visible haematuris (blood in urine), and a "urge" following the emptying of my bladder.

I suffer severe chronic intermittent pelvic and lower back pain, especially at that time of the month, and it seems I also have a 15mm by 17mm "lesion" in my Pouch of Douglas. I am guessing this is the primary cause of the severe pelvic pain most of the time.

My uterus, liver and spleen are all "bulky", with the spleen having a "lobulated" appearance. I have experienced a "fullness" under my ribs for some time, along with intermittent sharp pain.

I am low in iron.

My GP has arranged for the public hospital to look at a cystoscopy as soon as possible, but I am also concerned about the other issues with the "pouch" and the liver/spleen.

Any insight would be very much appreciated.

Thankyou,
Kazann
