anxitey and stress t

im 22 years old and i have anxitey every day all day long i was on vistaril but it aint working but what i wanted to know is will it eventually kill me or my heart give out im getting ready to be put on celexa and librium but any ways i have it from the time i wake up till i go to bed please so one let me know but im scared to death that im going to die please let me know so i know whats going on
 
If your talking about the anxiety killing you, it shouldnt. If your dealing with an anxiety attack its common for people to believe that they are dieing or having a heart attack, if it gets to an extreme some go to the ER and get sedated. Try and take deep breaths or go outside and take a walk. If anxiety persists you should talk to a psychologist or your psychiatrist if the anxiety is making day to day life incredibly hard to deal with. Your not alone and its a very scary feeling, just know that all your anxiety will eventually pass.
