Hi I've heard that taking at least 400 mg of Magnesium per day can help. Also, B Complex, Feverfew, and chamomile tea. My mother in law has a product by Nature's Sunshine called Nutri Calm that I've heard is wonderful, but I've never taken it. Some people swear by Epsom Salt baths because it calms them a lot for a few hours after getting out of the bath. I don't know if these will work for you, but they talk about them a lot in my anxiety books.
** B Complex increases my anxiety so I can only take it a few times a week or its like I get overloaded and makes me extremely nervous and keyed up. I have NO idea why. Good luck :wave:
