That's a tough question. For some, anxiety is situational and will go away if the situation they are in that is causing the anxiety is changed. For some it is a chemical irabalance that neeRAB to be treated over a lifetime with therapy, medication or both.
 
There are many great herbs that take a bite out of anxiety, and don't leave you feeling tired. :wave:
 
It depenRAB on so much but mostly it will depend on how committed you are to treatment with a positive attitude. Good luck!
