Anxiety/stress related .... or?

In septeraber i had some issues, just a general feeling of unwell, dull neck ache, pressure behind eyes & bridge of nose, occasional dizziness, etc. BlooRAB and Urine showed nothing, eventually symptoms seemed to mimic prostatitis and was treated for this, everything cleared up and i assumed that was the problem

Now i've had the same kind of issues for the last week or so, just the same kind of feelings, but more lethargic, and had a couple of all over body tingles / chills. Also been painful when i ejaculate, but not so much downstairs but more like a coital headache, vanished after a min or so if you know what i mean. I've also noticed i know seem to feel weaker after a hot bath

Could anxiety or stress be causing all this, or something else? I'm going mad with it!!!

yes it could. Stress can cause almost anything.

OR look into allergies. I found out I have allergies, and I have alot of the same sings as you.

Hello Scottish,
you are having a General Anxiety Disorder, in other name GAD. I have had the same symptoms as you do. What happens in our body is, under stress our muscles get invisibly tense. At our neck the stressed muscles put extra pressure on nerves and blood vassils that go up to or brain, so there is not enough oxygen reaching your head. That is why you have sensation of lightheadedness, headaches, special aches behind the eyes, etc.

I have seen basicly all doctors one can visit - as I didn't want to believe myself that this is happening to me. Good news is - it is not considered a severe disorder, as no one has ever died of that. Bad news is that you need a lot of time, and possibly a shrink to get over your inner conflicts.

People being dehydrated has many of the same symptoms also. Be sure to drink your 8-10 glasses of water a day! Plus if you are dehydrated, it does not help out your anxiety or stress but just adRAB to it!
