Hi Guys,
For about 5 days I have had this strange feeling in my chest, which can be the middle, but go to the left of right. It's like a very mild pushing feeling with sometimes 'bubbles' moving around. Its very worrying because it makes me think allsorts, worry about it and make it worse! If I lean right forward it seems to go, but sometimes when I lie down I can feel it. My Father passed away 3 years ago very suddenly of a heart attack, putting different pressure on my and my lifestyle. I got palpitations during the night sometimes and I was terrified it was my heart. I had an ECG 2 years ago which was fine and again about 2 months ago, which was also fine. I explained my situation to the doctors and they said it could be anxiety resulting in these chest 'feelings'. I have done web searches about heart attacks, etc and as far as I can tell I have no other real sysmptoms, my left hand is tingling slightly but no big deal really. They are really horrible and make me worry so much. Does anyone else experience this problem? I am making an appointment with my Doctor during the week, but I wondering if I am just making a mountain out of a molehill, or maybe not?
Thanks Guys.
