Anxiety - Lexapro - Someone please help

OK so I am on my second day of Lexapro and I am tearing my hair out.
I have had a MASSIVE panic attack. My lirabs feel weak and I feel like vomiting.
Has anyone had this? I just drove home and it felt like I was drunk? I am so tired I cannot keep my head up and I am yawning like crazy. Now I am crying whilst typing this email.

I thought it would be a good idea to go on Lexapro so did my doctor due to the fact my my foot has left foot has gone nurab and my shin on my right leg has gone nurab. I had a CT scan and it came up clear on my spine.

Anyway I feel like I am going crazy. My mind is racing a million miles an hour. I want to come off it because I don't know how I am going to cope at work - I am fearing of loosing my job already.

Someone please help me
 
Two points -

1. It often helps to take the SSRI (eg lexapro) in half doses for a week (half a tablet per day) before going up to the full dose

2. It takes 2-3 weeks for Lexapro to kick in. It can be helpful to take a mild tranquiliser for these couple of weeks (eg Valium, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin) here is no risk of addiction if you only take it for 2 weeks, and it can make life a lot more plesant.

Call your doctor and have a chat about both these points.
 
I have the same reaction to all ssris

my doctor gave me klonopin when I just started celexa which seemed to help
