My sleep is whacked as I'm unemployed. So I cant sleep til near 5-6am AZ time, & awake about 8-9 hrs later @ 2-3pm. My anxiety is very high when awaking, yet by now, late at nite (3:30am AZ time) I feel like I already took a few ativans -- even though I did NOT take any -- but my body relaxes like I took them (they're given by my fam. doc til I see a Psych. for this anxiety, etc.).

So does anyone feel this way?

You "awake with HUGE impatience/surging adrenaline feeling (in my case before I workout too, which is very soon after awaking when I finally workout, I am impossible to be around or even able to try and concentrate = maybe exercise addiction? I dont know...) and then -- at nite -- prior to bed (when all in my house are asleep) I'm so much calmer/peaceful (like driving at nite vs rush hr trafiic).

And so thus, I feel normal ONLY after about 12-1 am when day "anxiety/impatience/rush/OCD to get things done, etc is OVER. (Until then I'm up & down with spikes in pulse rate ALL day light long, etc.)

Anyone relate to this? I think my circadian is from 6am - 3 pm( & my morning is 3pm) like others who awake at 6-7 am for their "morning". Do you also awake w/ HUGE adrenalin/anxiety (those of you who get up for work in earlier morning)? And do you feel MUCH calmer when going to bed at 10-11 pm or so, when you normally again, go back to sleep?
