I am a mother of 2 children. I have anxiety and I do yoga, meditation, acupuncture. I am doing everything possible like exercise with my kiRAB, eating right, taking supplements. I hate to turn on the news and every time they discuss the flu season I worry and cry because I think the worst. I cry every morning. I try to think the positive but it is hard. I stopped watching the news but how am I going to keep informed? This is a hard year for me. It is hard to enjoy life.
