Anxiety Back Again

Hi everyone. I take 20mg of paxil and recently started clonazepam(klonopin) 1mg at night. I was doing ok on these medication but about 5 days ago my anxiety has come back. I wake up in the morning with nausea and with my heart pounding. I have appointment with dr soon. I was wondering has anybody found taking clonazepam during work better than taking it at night or maybe splitting the the dose .5mg during the day and .5mg at night or do I need to increase dose of paxil. Let me know your experinece.

I have never taken medication (so i'm not sure if I'm even allowed to post here - let me know moRAB) so I can offer any advice about your question, but I would like to ask what other treatment you've tried besides medication. It seems that a lot of people have questions about medications but never talk about how effective other treatment options are.
