Today I was sleeping in my bedroom and to get to the only bathroom that works in my house you have to go through the bedroom. Another family meraber had a visitor over (that I didn't know). They had to come inside and use the bathroom and both of my dogs were barking real loud at the friend. The commotion got in my bedroom and I was woken up out of a very deep sleep and I was paralyzed. With this stranger in my room and all the dogs barking and my mother shouting I was very scared because I could not process what was going on. I couldn't breathe and I was loudly struggling for breath. I eventually got calmed down and went back to sleep but after I woke up I am having little feelings that last a second or two in my throat and chest like something is fluttering or my throat muscles are spasming. Could this be from the anxiety earlier in the day?
