...is one of the greatest films I've ever seen. Absolutely hilarious, but also incredibly emotional. Heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. There are some scenes that would have seemed a bit outlandish in Spinal Tap, and yet it's all real.

Buy/rent/download/steal it.
 
I must get round to seeing this, I saw Anvil live in 1983 supporting Motorhead on Another Perfect Tour and have quite a few of their albums, their version of the Stone's Paint It Black is one of my favourite songs.
