Antivirus 2009 Computer Help?

okay, so somehow that dumb antivirus 2009 got onto my computer and I don't know how to get it off. It keeps creating false blue screens on my computer saying a virus is attacking and it's really annoying. It's not in my uninstall folder on my computer and I really need to delete it. Is there any way to delete it without restoring my computer?
