Antitrust Law - Contract bidding practices?

If a corporation is unhappy with a current vendor and asks my company to bid for the services, then uses my bid information to force the current vendor to lower their prices and not use my services; is this a violation of antitrust laws? Does this fall under the Sherman Act or another Antitrust law? Please be specific and provide case reference if possible. Thanks for your answers
