Have you ever noticed how much heat a single computer puts out? Or a video game console for that matter? I can't help but wonder if all of the heat from every computer and game system, and all of the other high tech gadgets in the world are contributing to the apparent warming of the earth more then what people realize. Ask yourself; How many computers or video game systems do you have in your house alone?, How many computers are used at your work? Do the computers at your work ever get shut off? Even the smallest of companies could have 3 or 4 computers in a single location, a lot of which are never turned off. If you times all of the heat expelled from every computer, game system & gadget in the world the results are daunting. Also, global warming did not begin to become what it is today until the early 80's. What else became more available to the general public in the early 80's?... Computers!. See a trend. Now I'm not implying that this is the main cause of global warming or that global warming never existed before the 80's because we all know that's not true. But it does make me wonder. Now, I have never heard tell of research such as this, But I was wondering if any research has already been done on this idea? Tell me what you think about this, and if research has already been conducted, leave a link or more info. if you could, I would like to know the conclusion. And I would appreciate it very much. Thank you for your time.

PS - I am aware of the irony of asking a question like this with a computer, No need to point out the obvious.
