As some of the other answerers have pointed out, various aspects of creation do point to a creator. For example, I have been told by science teachers and several science textbooks that the theory of evolution is not designed to explain the initial creation of the universe. Even the "big bang" theory runs into problems with the initial thrust that began the reaction. Logically at some point there must be an unmoved mover, and an uncased causer. There cannot be an infinite recourse of action in the material universe. A body at rest stays at rest until it is acted upon by an outside force. So we understand this principle of the material universe, yet in our explanation of the origin of the material universe we overlook this truth. Therefore to be consistent with logic and with already established scientific law, we must look for something outside of the material universe, which is the unmoved mover. Instead we have chosen to overlook logic and science to explain the universe as though there was nothing outside of our understanding. Thus it is evident that at the very least something outside of our understanding began the process which resulted in the creation of the universe at some point in time.
Another law which attests to this fact is the 2nd Law of thermodynamics which states that everything moves from a state of order to chaos. Energy flows from high concentrations to low concentrations until it reaches a state of entropy. Living things are devolving not evolving.
The Bible says that creation declares God's glory. God's existance and presence are revealed in the things that He created. It is hard to see that for two reasons: 1. we aren't looking and 2. we don't want to admit that our minds are not sufficient to comprehend everything in the universe. (thats exactly what the Bible says btw)
