Another question on American obsessions...?

These ads that pop up and ALL the junk email I get for things like Extenze and other male enhancements...these things can't possibly be good for a man to be taking....and I never heard if any studies being done on them. Have you?
 
It's advertised as all-natural, yet the ad doesn't tell you what the ingredients are. So I'm skeptical.
