I have posted a few topics recently about my ongoing nausea and vomiting. It has been a bit more than seven years now that I vomit almost on a daily basis. All of my latest blood work was good. An upper gi and ultrasound have shown nothing.
It dawned on me that I have not felt good since I had a cervical discectomy with fusion in 2002. I felt crummy after the surgery and thought it was from the pain meds. Shortly after I got pregnant and had severe vomiting the whole nine months. The vomiting continued to a lesser degree after I had my son, was just as bad during my second pregnancy as the first, and went back to vomiting once or twice a day after my youngest was born. Besides the vomiting, I have headaches, dizzy spells, and have an all over achiness and tired feeling rather often.
I discovered a little bit of info online about people discovering that they were allergic to the hardware in their body. I have a titanium plate, not sure if it is pure titanium. Have you ever heard of it happening or had any personal experience with it?
I am tired of the same tests over and over, doctors asking if I am making myself puke, which would be asinine to go through tests for something if I were doing it to myself, and hearing, "maybe it is stress". Come on, life is rough but I have not been stressed for seven and a half solid years.
