Another Inderal ?

I was prescribe this medication @ 10mgs, when does it start working? Is it like a antidepressant time wise?

Also, well the sleepiness eventually wear off? This is such a low does.......but do have a heart mummer and severe Anxiety/Panic Attacks.

Please help, you all have been so good to me...............

Please, I know this is a low dose but need to know if this will wear off.......being alittle tired..........?
