Man, I am SO impressed with this phone!! I'm so happy I switched! I came from sprint, no BB but a MP3 player phone by samsung and this is a HUGE difference!!! Any other cool tricks?

Did you check out any of the downloads here or possibly handango? There are also free downloads at the bb site. *apps, more themes, games*
Also check out www.mobile41.com for ringtones and wallpaper. And more ringtones at www.tuneusin.com
Just chill at this site for few and you will learn so much.

I've masterd the rungtones already which is pretty cool, but I know there is so much I want the map application! Do u know of 1? Sorry 2 bug u so much! Im just eager to find as much as possible!

From your bb, go to www.google.com/gmm

There should be an app already on your pearl called bb maps. I personally have never used it.

Yeah I have the 1 on my phone, but there is no details at all it just shows the country and when u try 2 zoom in its just a bunch of lines!
Maybe I'm doin something wrong?

I'm not sure about the lines. I see them when bb maps first loads but after sending for data it loads completely. I must have used it at some point because its on my work address.
Maybe you need to search for a new address or wait longer to see what loads?

I'll mess with it some more. This phone is so cool! Thanx again for not getting dumb on me because I'm a newbie!
 
hmm thats weird, do you have it on satellite view or is it in regular...also if you zoom in too much google maps wont lets you see the destination (i guess for security concerns you can zoom in only so far) I dont think that has anything to do with the lines but you never know
 
well the two best ones IMO would be google maps and bb maps, havent tried any others...do you have a bluetooth gps receiver?
