Another children's book question here.?

Okay, trying to find another book I remember from my childhood but can't remember the name. I don't know if it was a Little Golden book or not, but it's about a baby bear who goes fishing with his papa, and then he decides one day to go fishing by himself despite his papa telling him it's dangerous to go without him. He catches a big fish and it pulls him downstream. His papa manages to find him and rescue him. He realizes he can't ever go fishing alone without his papa after that. Know what this book title is?
