Darling, you say that these are 'hazardous happenings' but then you go onto say that you heard a scream and that the door was doing something. Just the 'event' of overt paranormal activity is not threatening...nor does it signal a threat. Please, please, please save your fear until something actually happens that could be considered 'bad' okay? I know these things can be unsettling, but the majority of these things are only caused by people in spirit form (they've died physically but are the SAME people they were before and, thus, not dangerous) trying to make their presence known. If it bothers you, then just ignore it and eventually they will give up on it. BTW what SOUNDS like a scream to you may be a manipulation of sound waves that goes awry. In order to speak these people need to know how to manipulate available sound waves (they have no physical body so no voice box) and not all of them are adept at it. If they sound 'eerie' it is because they've not had practice. Those who HAVE (and some who just seem to be fast learners) sound perfectly natural when they speak. (I am a medium, so I've had many occasions to experience what it sounds like when they are speaking....so I know that they sometimes have difficulty.)
