For starters, I'm in counsiling. No need to tell me to get help.
I've been anorexic for a year, living off 200 cals a day. My current BMI is 19, so still in the healthy range. But lately I've had trouble binge eating, and today has been the worst yet. This is everything I've eaten in order for today-
6 York peppermint minis
2 bowls of special k w/ almond milk
Half a bag of pop corn
4 oz of grilled chicken w/ 3 lettuce leafs, a shredded carrot, 1/6 a cucumber, 2 oz rice noodles, and a spoonful of peanut sauce
3 jumbo shrimp
1 grilled chicken breast w mozerella cheese, mushrooms and asparagus
1/2 slice of reeses cheesecake from the cheesecake factory (it's my bday, wanted 2 eat there)
Spoonful of chic. Icing
And my binge... 12 yorkmint minis
Any1 ever been in this situation? Approx. How many cals have I eaten? I'm rly worried/upset cuz I gain weight easily, and I've eaten so much sugar and fat. I feel so fat and ugly and ashamed, if my parents weren't home I'd throw this all up. I'm scared of looking at the scale, advice?!
