Hello I'm seeking any advise that any of you can offer.. I just had a diskogram last week , my back has been killing me now for 3 months. I had 2 previous back surgeries : 4 level laminectomie l2 to s1 & a 2 level fusion at l4-5 / l5-s1 :
My diskogram came back with the following Fluid density is identified posterior to the spinal canal esp. at the l5 level.
At l3-4 , there is a small right posterior annular tear with an associated small right paracentral disc protrusion.
Looking at this do you think surgery is nessacary ? I'm going back to see my doctor on friday , he will have the diskogram report > this was the ct/scan report after the disskogram.. I am nervous because my back feels like it did before i had my last surgery.. Any help would be appreciated.
